EST Sports
Due to the various tools needed to be successful in baseball and softball, our instructors (while well-rounded in baseball/softball knowledge) specialize in various areas of the game. This, along with the training to work effectively with young players, helps us to meet all of our players' needs. Throughout the camp, our players not only have fun, they also walk away with a better overall understanding of baseball skills and game play situations.
What the EST Team excels in is the ability to "teach" the skills of the game. Sometimes instructors, while having the knowledge and personal skill set, lack the ability to convey concepts and skills to their audience. EST instuctors not only possess the knowledge to help your player develop, but have the training to help your player understand how to develop... this is when results happen. The benefit of having baseball and softball educated instructors with teaching backgrounds is that we understand that there is not only ONE way to get a player to learn and develop.
